Service Agreement

This Agreement is effective as of the date of booking between Soul Harmony Connection LLC ("Provider") and the individual ("Client") receiving Akashic record reading services with light language translation ("Services").

Description of Services

Provider will conduct Akashic record readings by attuning to the Client's unique energetic signature and accessing the Akashic realm to communicate guidance. The Provider uses light language expressed through energetic sign language to translate multidimensional information and facilitate energetic healing. Sessions are 60 minutes long and conducted via Zoom. Each session is recorded for the Client's personal use.

Payment and Pricing

The fee for a 60-minute Akashic record reading is $222. The fee for a 90-minute Group Akashic Attunement is $333. Payment is due at the time of scheduling through the Provider's website.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a reading. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will be refunded in full. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded. By scheduling an appointment, the Client agrees to this cancellation policy.

Communication

Clients can contact the Provider via email at soulharmonyconnection@gmail.com. While the Provider generally conducts readings during normal business hours, there are no set business hours for communication. The Provider will respond to inquiries within 2 business days.

Disclaimer

Clients with a history of seizures, epilepsy, or sensitivity to flashing or repetitive movements should inform the Provider before the session, as light language hand movements may potentially trigger such sensitivities.

Confidentiality

The Provider will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during readings. Any information shared may be used anonymously for educational purposes only with all identifying details removed. The Client receives a recording of their session for personal use only and agrees not to publish, distribute, or reproduce any part of the reading without the Provider's express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees that the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. The Provider's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services.

Right to Refuse Service

The Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, particularly in cases of abusive behavior, inappropriate conduct, or if the Provider determines the Services would not be beneficial for the Client.

Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, techniques, and approaches used in providing the Services are the intellectual property of the Provider. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Provider's intellectual property without express written permission.

Recording Policy

Sessions are recorded and provided to the Client for personal reference only. The Client agrees not to share, publish, or distribute these recordings in any format, including on social media platforms, without express written permission from the Provider.

Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to schedule and receive Services. Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and must have a parent or guardian present during the session.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Modifications

This Agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, with the updated terms being effective for all future sessions.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

By scheduling and paying for Services with Soul Harmony Connection LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
